Breakfast Casserole (Serves 4) Print Bookmark Breakfast Casserole (Serves 4) 6-8 slices of Schmidt Blue Ribbon White Bread (cubed) 4 eggs 1 cup milk 1 green pepper (diced) 1 red pepper (diced) 1 cup shredded American cheese 1 cup bacon (cooked and diced) Salt Pepper Grease a 13×9″ pan with butter Line the bottom of the pan with the cubed bread pieces. Stuffed French Toast

Stuffed French Toast (Serves 4) Print Bookmark Stuffed French Toast (Serves 4) 8 slices of Schmidt Blue Ribbon White Bread or Old Tyme Split Top Wheat Bread 1/8 cup Strawberry Jam 4 oz Cream Cheese 1/3 cup Milk 2 Eggs 2 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Vanilla Mix Mix together cream cheese and strawberry jam. Spread 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture in between two slices of bread. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, cinnamon & vanilla. Taking the cream cheese “sandwich”, carefully place into the egg mixture. After a few seconds flip it over. Place French toast into a greased frying pan. Cook 3-5 minutes on each side, until each side is golden brown. Serve with cut up strawberries (if desired) & syrup! Questions or Comments?
