Mini Pizzas (Serves 2)
- 2 Whole Grain White or Multigrain Slim Buns
- 4 tbsp. Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni (if desired)
Place slim buns on a baking sheet. Spread 1 tbsp of tomato sauce on each Slim Bun half. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Add pepperoni if desired. Cook in oven at 350° until cheese is melted.
